Convention of the Americas in Chapala (PRESENTIAL)
All of the packages for the face-to-face event in Chapala on August 1, 2, and 3 include registration and access to all activities plus registration for the Virtual Convention 2021 with simultaneous translation that will be on August 4, 5, and 6 via Zoom.
The PRESENTIAL package includes:
Sunday 1 -Welcome Icebreaker hour from 5:00 PM.
Monday 2 -Continental breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner
Tuesday -3 Buffet Brunch and Dinner
Wednesday -4 Farewell continental breakfast.
in addition to the benefits mentioned above, the Packages With Hotel, include lodging costs (double occupancy) at Hotel Villa Montecarlo en Chapala.
For a Package With Hotel with a single room there is an extra cost of $ 200 USD, and it depends on room availability.
The prices for extra nights per room depend on the building you choose.
